Stewart Sheridan – Founding Director

Stewart founded the company in 2011 following over 15 years as Investment Partner at another practice . He relishes challenging Scottish sales and acquisition projects in and out of town.

Since setting up the Sheridan Keane Real Estate Investment, Stewart has advised on deals worth over half a billion pounds. These include the £300 million acquisition of Glasgow’s Silverburn Shopping Centre, House of Fraser (Buchanan Street) in Glasgow, Jenners (Princes Street) in Edinburgh, Heathfield Retail Park, Robroyston Retail Park, Forge Retail Park, Cameron Toll Shopping Centre plus many more.

Stewart is an enthusiastic but frustrated golfer who continues to tee up with great anticipation (but ultimately disappointment) at his much-loved Archerfield Links. He is a keen outdoor type and in winter can be found hill walking most weekends.  He is also an active supporter of several cancer and disability charities.

Cathal Keane – Director

Cathal is a director at Sheridan Keane Real Estate Investment having joined Stewart in 2011. He previously worked with Stewart for 10 years at another retail practice.

His particular expertise is in the sale and acquisition of commercial property investments across the UK.

Since joining Sheridan Property Consultants, Cathal has advised on hundreds of property deals including significant prime blocks in central Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen as well as south of the border in Bristol and Chester. He recently sold Centrica’s 91,000 sq ft headquarters office building in Edinburgh.

Cathal has an honours degree in Property Valuation & Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Property Investment & Management from Napier University. He has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for 12 years.

Away from work Cathal keeps fit and is a keen sports enthusiast.  He also enjoys collecting new wines and reading non-fiction. He’s volunteered for charities in his hometown of Limerick and regularly fundraises for cancer and animal welfare charities.

Patrick Ford – Director

Patrick joined Sheridan Keane Real Estate Investment in June 2023, and was previously the Head of the UK Regions in the Capital Markets team at Colliers International. Prior to this he was a partner at Knight Frank and King Sturge. He was educated at the Royal Belfast Academical Institution and a holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Investment & Development from Heriot Watt University.

Patrick has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years and provides a range of services including:

Graeme Millar - Director

Graeme is a Director at Sheridan Keane Real Estate Investment having joined the company in January 2018.

He brings extensive transactional experience across multiple sectors, with a distinct specialism in retail. Over the past five years, Graeme has played a pivotal role in the majority of Scotland’s high-profile retail park and high street transactions.

He advises a prestigious roster of institutional and private clients, including Slate AM, Nuveen, Royal London, JT Ross, Argo, and Thistle Property Group.

 Outside of the office, Graeme devotes his time to his family and is a keen golfer.

June Homer - Office manager 

June has worked with Stewart since 1999 and with the company since its inception. June commenced her working life in the cashroom of an Edinburgh legal practice and has since worked in various legal departments over a period of over 20 years. These included general chamber practice, wills, executries, tax and investments before joining another Chartered Surveying firm in 1999.

June manages all administrative aspects within the office plus supporting the surveyors in their roles and has worked with Stewart for over 25 years.

Outwith the office,  June enjoys running, swimming, art, history, interior design and making/designing bespoke soft furnishings.
